Mark C Rupert

Welcome !

I am a photographer, FAA Licensed Commercial Drone Pilot, cartographer, GIS analyst, teacher, mechanic, home chef and BBQ Pit Master, armchair archaeologist, a naturalist and avid outdoorsman, and an all-around adventurer currently based in Portland, Oregon.

After a 30 year career as a photography professor and fine art photographer, I chose to follow a new path into the world of Geographic Information Services and Cartography and commercial drone work.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.
